Comment Policy
The comment policy is a policy that I find to be one of the most important aspects of Cooking and Beer. I enjoy reading your comments, and I am willing to bet that others that visit this website also enjoy reading your comments. The comment section is meant to be a place to have meaningful conversation, ask questions, and leave comments. I appreciate all that you have to say, and I hope that the comment section is helpful in your own recipe development.
With this being said, I would like to mention that hateful and disrespectful comments will not be tolerated and will be immediately deleted. I appreciate constructive criticism, and if you have tried a recipe and it did not come out the way you expected, then we can troubleshoot together with thoughtfulness and patience. I will delete comments that demonstrate self-promotion and/or spam. There is a time and place for self-promotion, and it is not in the comment section.
In addition, I have a full-time job in addition to running this website. I can not monitor comments 24/7, but do know, that I do check every single one at some point. If you ask a question in the comment section and it is not answered immediately, please send me an email. Chances are that I will get to your email before I see your comment.
Lastly, the comment section is a place to learn, grow, and network. Please use it mindfully. Be respectful. It will benefit everyone in the end.
