Smoked Salmon Bites with Mustard Creme Fraiche

crème fraîche
sour cream may be substituted

whole grain mustard

tablespoon
fresh parsley
chopped (plus extra for garnish)

lemon zest
plus extra for garnish
salt and black pepper

RITZ® crackers

ounces
thinly-sliced smoked salmon
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the crème fraîche, whole grain mustard, parsley, lemon zest and a dash of salt and black pepper to taste.
Spread a teaspoon of the crème fraîche mixture on each RITZ® cracker and then top with a small slice of smoked salmon.
Garnish with additional parsley and lemon zest and enjoy!
