3/4cupgood-quality red wine
fresh loaf of artisan bread
Instructions
In a large non-stick skillet, add the oil. Heat over medium-high heat and then add the chorizo. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until lightly brown. Add the wine and reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the wine has reduced and the chorizo has cooked through.
Serve the red wine chorizo bites with fresh bread and enjoy immediately!
