Smoked Salmon Bites with Mustard Creme Fraiche

  • 1/2 cup crème fraîche sour cream may be substituted
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus extra for garnish
  • salt and black pepper
  • 12 RITZ® crackers
  • 8 ounces thinly-sliced smoked salmon


  • In a small bowl, whisk together the crème fraîche, whole grain mustard, parsley, lemon zest and a dash of salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Spread a teaspoon of the crème fraîche mixture on each RITZ® cracker and then top with a small slice of smoked salmon.
  • Garnish with additional parsley and lemon zest and enjoy!
