Pomegranate, champagne and raspberry beer spritzers are the perfect sweet drinks to celebrate ANY time of year.
You must be 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. When doing so, please drink responsibly. No drinking and driving, and no drinking and texting!
The sweetness in these bad boys can’t be matched and the bubbles from the champagne and Dasani Sparkling Water gives that perfect “spritzer” effect. Make these beer spritzers for you next get together or special occasion. Your guests will go crazy for them!
Well, we did it, didn’t we!? We made it into 2016 safe and sound, and if you are reading this post at 6 am pat yourself on the back. I’m so proud of you for getting up so early on New Year’s Day! I hope you guys had a wonderful NYE and celebrated to the fullest. You deserve it! Let’s ring in the new year with these pomegranate, champagne and raspberry beer spritzers!
I’m not going to lie, I can be kind of a beer snob. I don’t try to be, and I definitely don’t try to shove it in others’ faces. Sometimes I just can’t help it. I’m picky about what I will drink, and I can be sort of critical when it comes to choosing my favorite beers to ring the in the new year with. This year was no different. The only difference with this year’s drink menu is that I added a beer cocktail into the mix, and I was so not sad about it.
Beer cocktails aren’t the newest trendy thing. Bartenders and beertenders alike have been making beer cocktails for years. It wasn’t until recently, however, that they’ve made it onto your favorite restaurant’s cocktail menus. There is a variety of different ways to incorporate beer into cocktails, and even those of you who despise beer will find some of these cocktails oh so tasty.
These beer spritzers are one of my most recent favorite beer cocktails. They are fizzy, fruity and packed full of flavor. The beer adds just a touch of bitterness that will tone down all of that sweetness. The dry champagne adds some fizz, and the Dasani sparkling water just sends it over the edge in flavor.
I was shocked at the flavor when I got the chance to try Dasani’s sparkling water. It has just the PERFECT amount of sweetness for me. It doesn’t taste fake, which tends to be the case with A LOT of flavored sparkling waters. It has zero calories, is unsweetened, has zero artificial colors, and it’s caffeine-free. It’s the perfect addition to your at home girls’ night, and I love it most for replacing mimosas at brunch. Dasani Sparkling Water is available at your local Walmart and comes in a variety of flavors: lemon, lime, black cherry and berry (used in this recipe).
Add these pomegranate, champagne and raspberry beer spritzers to your entertaining menus this winter! I know I will be!
