Good morning, everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful week so far! Things have been kind of crazy around here. Zach is leaving for Europe on Wednesday. I will be joining him a week later, and then we will be spending the next month road tripping across the wonderful continent. While I absolutely love to travel, it’s the getting ready to travel that always has me going crazy. I have so much to do, and so little time! This includes, but is not limited to, cooking, photographing, writing, and scheduling 15 posts for all of your to enjoy. Let’s just say I will have my hands full for the next week and a half.
With that being said, when my good friend and fellow blogger Ashlyn from Belle of the Kitchen needed some guest posts whipped up for when she would be away from a kitchen, I jumped at the chance! I love Ashlyn’s website. She always makes me so hungry, and I knew that I could not leave her hanging!
This morning, you will find a recipe for grilled flank steak pita wraps over on her blog! These gyro-like pita wraps are one of my favorite recipes to serve during the summer months. They are so fresh and flavorful! The Greek yogurt sauce and sprinkling of feta really brings the whole dish together. It’s a must-make at some point this summer!
Head over and check it out; and I will talk to you guys tomorrow!
