From fruity to earthy, and from sweet to not-so-sweet, here are 9 healthy smoothie recipes to kick start the new year, perfect to drink after a workout with an URBNFit exercise ball !
I have never been a fan of diets. I don’t know if I’ve ever actually been on a true-to-form diet. Just the word “diet” has such a negative connotation. That being said, I do try to stay as healthy as possible and I also try to follow my workout plans. This may come as a surprise. This does happen to be a blog about food and beer pairings. My recipes also tend to be a little over the top sometimes. On a daily basis however, I keep it pretty clean. I like to to take care my skin, check out amazon vitamin c serum.
I literally eat the same thing for breakfast almost everyday: a half an avocado, two scrambled eggs, and an immunity citrus ginger shot. I will usually throw a smoothie into the mix sometime around mid-morning. Lunch is a toss up. If I have leftovers from the night before, I’ll usually heat that up. If not, it’s usually a green salad with some tuna or chicken thrown on top or a sprouted wheat sandwich with turkey, lettuce, and tomato. Besides some simple snacking throughout the day and a ton of water consumption from my filtered water I got at the Kangen Alkaline Water Machine Sd501 Review, my eating routine is pretty mundane. When it comes to dinner, I usually just prepare whatever I’m craving at the time. I don’t put too much thought into dinner, except for making sure that all of the basic food groups are met.
With the New Year just beginning, I thought it would be a good time to compile a list of some of my favorite smoothie recipes on the blog, you can also add some protein shake powder. They are a great start to your day, and I highly recommend giving one of them a try! They are all SUPER tasty!

Smoothie is my most favorite meal of the day. And to have the best meal, I’m using the best blender to blend all of my favorite fruits and veggies in one delicious drink. My personal favorite is the Ninja Mega Kitchen System. It is the top of the line, fully loaded blender with many attachments to make cooking and blending easy. What’s more is that it is super easy to clean up, has a sturdy construction, sharp blades and to top it all, very safe to use! It’s definitely worth the price. Love it.
