I know. I know what you are thinking. Corn is full of sugar and not exactly the best vegetable for you. To that I say, “pshhhhh.” I absolutely love corn, and I love to cook with it. It’s one of my favorite foods to consume in the summer, and when it’s in season, I am all over it. This is why I am obsessed with today’s roundup.
